STAY Mission
Dates: July 12th to July 17th, 2026
This year our theme is "Radical Faith" and we will focus on service being led by the inspirational teachings of Dorothy Day. Our guest hosts this year will be Carol Wiget and Brian Mase. We are so grateful for this amazing team and can't wait for you to meet them. (PS- if we are lucky, Kurt will also be joining us!)NOTE: The help of MANY adults is needed in various capacities. Please consider helping in the kitchen, as a site chaperone or as a different kind of support person. Please let us know what you are willing to do to support the efforts of the week! - To register, please scroll to the REGISTER NOW Button, select the options that apply to you along with your preferred payment plan and fill out your forms and either mail them to P.O. Box 675, Loomis CA 95650 or email them as an attachment to info@staymissions.com. Adult Chaperones (25 & older) and Young Adult Missionaries (18-24) links for signing up for can also use the same option and select the days, support opportunities and paperwork that corresponds to the ways they will help and submit in the same manner listed above. As always if you have questions, please contact Nancy. Anyone helping who is 18 or older needs to be Safe Environment certified in order to participate. This process needs to be completed 2 weeks prior to the event. Please plan accordingly!
Teen Registration Process:
- Print and complete the Youth Permission Form & the Code of Conduct form.
- Submit the completed forms, along with a check (payable to Stay Missions) to the PO Box 675, Loomis CA 95650 no later than July 1st. You can also pay on line at the end of the registration process. (P.S. You can print the Stay mission Flyer under Documents on this page and hand it out to friends!)
- Attend the “Pre-Mission/Service Week” one of the TEAM MEETINGS on TBA and TBA at 9AM - Via Zoom.

All Young Adults Ages 18-24 Registration Process:
Please Download your form on this page (Consent Form) and submit them to your group leader or to our PO Box between May 1st and July 1st. You can also print out the flyer and recruit your friends! This year Carol and Brian are planning to continue the tradition of special programming for you in the afternoons to help you focus on Leadership, Faith, and general formation! Every afternoon when you return from your worksites, plan to spend some time in the Library with them to maximize the impact of STAY Mission for Young Adults this summer!
Join us for our Meet-ups on TBA at 9AM & TBA at 9:00 AM Via Zoom.
You can use the form below to pay the registration fees. Please note in the comments that you are signing up for STAY Mission and indicate the days that you will be volunteering! Depending on the track of participation that you select, your balance will be due June 20th.
You must also complete or be current on your Safe Environment Training! Let us know if you need more information on this.

ADULT VOLUNTEERS (25+) NEEDED!!
Please consider giving of your time to support our STAY Mission.
Adult Consent Form can be found on this page. The areas where help is needed are listed on that form and they include Site Chaperones (we have about 12 sites and at least 2 adults are needed for driving and supervising crews for each site), Kitchen Crew (assisting in the kitchen to prepare meals) and Afternoon Siesta Crew (supervising afternoon activities in the multipurpose room and Room 11 when the young people return from work sites until Dinner time.) Please let us know in the comments if you plan on joining us for dinner on the days that you are volunteering! All Volunteers must be Safe Environment Certified. Please let us know if you need more information on this.
Adult Volunteer applications are due by June 20th, 2026 and we ask you to attend one of the 2 TEAM Meetings on TBA at 9AM via ZOOM and TBA at 9:00 AM Via Zoom
